A Dream

There is warmth in the dream
I lay in sand drifting among countries
I see shadows black, white and brown and what not,
Or I should say, shadows of all colors
The warmth in smiles that dawn after the long cold painful nights
I see a spark at the horizon, like a ship sailing from afar
Coming home, for it longs for peace and smiles
These words, they bring me messages of its arrival
The light so bright, who is that on the other side extending their hand?
I wonder if you want me to hold and get up
Is it an invitation to leave this place?
Step into another realm? Do I even know you?
At this point. does it even matter?
Oh the waves they rise high and crash down
Like our emotions, who can control them but its creator
These recurring visions at times dark and at times pleasant
Like the times that bring your heart a smile
That only you and yourself can understand and share
Its like the flowers in Springtime, brimming with life, beautiful and alive
I drift away from all this noise
Sound of these waves dancing along with my breathe
When will the ship bring the spark home I wonder
The sand so warm rejuvenating my whole being
The dawn so beautiful, the music it emminates like a tune played in majors
Who can understand the feeling but me
People call thing weird when they can not comprehend something
But would the beauty of this mystique hide just coz of their ignorance?
No, the joy of writing what you feel
The worlds flowing in your veins
Its like the first Love Letters may be to the unknown version of you
in the distant past or future
Watching you smile, now that we have embraced different worlds
That is the true purpose of these writings
