What is GOD?

Sometimes I wonder who is God?
Is it a HE or a SHE? Is it a child or a teen or an old man.
Does it look black or white? Tall or short?
Every religion preaches the same, Humans were made in the likeness of God
Does that mean God looks like humans? Or is it a metaphor?
Despite conquering the world, humans can't perceive any dimension greater than three.
Is that why all of our stories, descriptions and pictures of Gods are 3-dimensional?
Or did God dilute his appearance so as to let our brains comprehend it.
For insects that can not perceive like humans do, we look like Gods.
A 2D being intimidated by a 3D being.
Is that why religion subjugates us?
Are we smart enough to accept the fact that there exist entities beyond our simple and naked understanding?
So much for the boasting. The meaningless conquest.
In a long math equation developed over generations, what power do we even posses?
Do we add any weight to the equation? Or are we just the rounded decimal values?
